Terms of Service

1. Using SkillNarrative
By creating an account you agree to these terms. You must be at least 13 years old to use SkillNarrative. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account.
2. The free skill
Each account gets one skill free, permanently, with full access to its roadmap, notes, cheat sheets, assignments and community. The free skill locks in on the first skill you enroll in and can't be swapped after other skills have been unlocked, to keep the model sustainable for everyone.
3. Paid unlocks
Skills beyond your free one can be unlocked with a one-time payment (lifetime access to that skill) or a monthly plan (access for as long as you keep paying, minimum one month, auto-stopping after the number of months you choose — see our Refund & Cancellation Policy). Prices are shown before you pay and may change for future purchases, but never retroactively for skills you've already unlocked.
4. Acceptable use
Content is for your personal learning. Please don't redistribute, resell, scrape, or share paid-skill access with accounts that haven't unlocked it. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that abuse the platform.
5. Third-party content
Lessons link to videos hosted on third-party platforms we don't control. We curate what we link to, but aren't responsible for that platform's availability or changes to that content.
6. No guarantee of outcomes
We build every skill to be genuinely useful and job-relevant, but we can't guarantee employment, income, or specific results from completing a skill — that depends on your own effort and circumstances.
7. Changes to the service
We may add, change, or occasionally remove content or features as the platform improves. We'll try to give notice for anything that materially affects skills you've already unlocked.
